For Jon’s Birthday this year we decided to take a road trip. The drive was beautiful as the mountains in Colorado and Utah were still full of snow in some areas. We have friends who live near Salt Lake City that were gracious enough to let us stay in their home. On the way there we decided to stop by Park City for lunch and I’m so glad we did. It was super charming and had very old buildings which just showed how old and unique this town was. We visited the Aquarium in Draper, Utah and visited the City Creek mall near Temple Square. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at Christopher’s Prime Steak house in downtown Salt Lake accompanied by delicious drinks. Let’s see what he has planned for my birthday since we’ve gone somewhere for his birthday two years in a row. I think it’s time to change that 😉
