We had such a wonderful time in Las Vegas. I was so happy that were able to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s best friends birthday. We stayed at the luxurious Wynn hotel and were impressed with how we didn’t need to leave the hotel to do everything Vegas has to offer. The first night we headed to Intrigue nightclub which just recently opened this year and was conveniently located downstairs. It had a beautiful waterfall that overlooked the bar and created a great ambiance. The second day we had a fun filled day at the Encore Beach Club that was headlined by David Guetta. Just being able to get in the water and listen to amazing music with a drink in our hand was the perfect way to end summer. I’ve also never seen my husband have so much fun which just delighted me. We had dinner that night at Maggiano’s because we know how amazing the food is since Jon used to work at one. On Sunday was our anniversary so we started the day by heading downstairs to the Wynn Buffet surrounded by colorful flowers to enjoy brunch. For dinner we went to SW Steakhouse and enjoyed a delicious filet mignon and lobster paired with this amazing view of a waterfall. When they walked us to our seat and we approached the outside, I was so mesmerized by our surroundings. I couldn’t stop looking around me because everything was so beautiful. It was definitely the highlight of my trip as we discussed what we hoped and dreamed for the future as we continue to build our life together as husband and wife. They also had the most delicious pretzel bread that both Jon and I couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. That night we went to XS nightclub for night swim to see my favorite DJ Diplo. I had never been to a nightclub where I could be in my bathing suit in a warm pool listening to music. It was the best way to end our trip. I’m thankful for all the new friends we made, the memories we created, and snapchats that captured all the fun. I can’t wait for our next trip! The Journey of Jon and Jess continues 🙂
